Workplace Cafeteria
Earlier this year we had the pleasure of reviving and renovating a tired old cafeteria space for this client. Our process usually involves establishing a new floor plan design that has great flow and function for our clients needs. Then providing them with a 3D conceptual design of what the final space might look like. Upon then clients approval, construction begins. With the exception of some minor tweaks to the design during construction our 3D renderings (which sold our client) look very similar to the final product. Our client is thrilled with the new design and is currently enjoying their new functioning cafeteria space.
Residential Projects
Three Season Residential Space
We design high end custom decks and screened in porch’s as well. We recently completed this 750 square foot covered screen porch which replaced an old smaller deck. We incorporated hidden retractable screens, @bromic_heating Tungsten electric heaters and a wood burning fireplace so that our clients could extend their outdoor living season much longer. We spent a significant amount of time on the finer details to make sure everything came together perfectly. Custom Kitchens
A custom kitchen we designed and completed earlier this year in one of our custom homes. We used IKEA kitchen cabinets and had @swedishdoorco do what they do best to make it all come together perfectly. This kitchen comes complete with a hidden walk-in pantry. Special thanks to @jeffhawes.justforhomes for project managing the many hands involved in this one. Great Job by all!!
Custom homes
The push is on to complete the finishing touches on one of our custom homes. Later this week is our final occupancy inspection. The site is buzzing this week and we couldn’t be more happier with how everyone is working together to meet this deadline. Exterior landscaping will be completed once our clients are all moved in.
Detail project
Not all of our projects are about major scale; sometimes the devil is in the details. Our new client purchase a gas fireplace for their great room but didn’t know how to go about designing it in this unique space with a cantilevered loft above. We are currently working with them on this 3D design concept and they are loving it.
