Sean’s knowledge and expertise were not only key in developing the architectural drawings required for the permit process but also in walking us through the design phases so that we were able to visualize the finished product long before the building process had even started. Sean’s patient, proactive approach made it easy for us to concentrate on getting down to the finer details of the interior and exterior finishes. Not only did he provide us with the complete working drawings to submit for permit, but was also available and ready to answer all technical questions along the way to ensure we were successful throughout the entire process.
